When we arrive at your property, we’ll inspect all of the working parts of your boiler and carry out any general servicing or cleaning that is required. If there is a bigger fault with your boiler, such as it needs a new part to keep it functioning for longer, we’ll tell you at that appointment and let you know the cost of repairs. We believe transparency is important, so we’ll never stick you with a bill for parts you didn’t agree to get.
